No matter how big or small our dinner may be my family always asks the question..."what's for dessert?" Tonight I made a cheesecake. It was pretty good. It wasn't a heavy cheesecake and Walker told me next time I make it to leave it in a little longer (apparently he has been taking cooking classes on the weekends).
